We are seeking a skilled Visual Consultant to join our Golden Grove Optical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on optical solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
• Store Presentation: Ensure our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our optical products and services, including the latest releases from prestigious brands.

Requirements:

• Confidence and Communication Skills: Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with varying optical needs.
• Attention to Detail: A methodical approach and attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and product knowledge.
• Fashion Sense: A flair for fashion and ability to help customers choose frames that suit them.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a committed team and contribute to our shared goals.
• Continuous Learning: Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
