As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, creating moments that customers will cherish forever. Whether they're searching for the perfect pair of shoes or just want to rock their style, you will be there to help them make it happen.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, streetwear, and sneaker culture. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to provide an unforgettable shopping experience
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • Full availability to work weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
