A full-time opportunity has arisen for an engaging and passionate Diagnostic Imaging Team Lead, to motivate and inspire our clinic team to deliver service excellence.
Working closely with our Operations Manager, Clinical Director, and medical teams, you will play a key role in strengthening our reputation and creating a 'Centre of Excellence' for the Carlton community.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a leader in diagnostic imaging or a related field
- Strong leadership capabilities and qualities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing others
- The ability to provide high-quality examinations to a diverse range of patients, ensuring patient welfare and safety in line with established standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to use initiative and independent judgment
- Commercial acumen, with a demonstrated awareness of how to optimize workflow while upholding patient quality and care
- AHPRA or ASAR registration required
