
Wealth Management Customer Success Director

We are seeking a Customer Success Leader to drive exceptional client service and business outcomes across our wealth management portfolio.
This is a leadership role that requires strategic vision, executional strength, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding commercial and customer success goals in a technology-led environment.
- Lead a high-performing Customer Success function, bringing strategy to life through meaningful, customer-first experiences.
- Embed a customer-first mindset across teams to drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term advocacy.
- Build deep strategic relationships with key institutional clients across the wealth management segment.
The successful candidate will be a modern leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. They will have a resilient, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset, always looking for opportunities to innovate and improve.
