An Early Learning Centre offers an approach to education catering to the emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs of each child in their care. Their programs prepare children for life and nurture children of all ages to live happily as members of a diverse community.

**About the Role**

  • Support a team providing high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Work in accordance with Education and Care Services National Law, regulations, and the National Quality Standard
  • Implement and uphold the centre's philosophy while undertaking all duties
  • Support the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices
  • Maintain workplace health and safety and confidentiality
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to other staff

**Requirements**

  • AQF Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated natural ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of DET Regulations, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and Child Protection
