About Our Role

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join our team of healthcare professionals in urgent care settings. Key Responsibilities

  • Treat patients of all ages, from infants to adults, providing exceptional care and support throughout their visit.
  • Perform minor procedures, such as suturing, casting, and splinting, under proper medical supervision.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements for Success

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting as a NP or PA.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Master's degree and NCCPA certification for PAs; Master's degree and appropriate certification for NPs.
