Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, MS Office, Procore, Hammertech, and Cheops.
