About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our LUSH Chermside team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of LUSH and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our unique products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with stock handling, tidying the store, and merchandising products to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Provide genuine enthusiasm and exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in-store.
  • Take customers on interactive store tours, showcasing our products and finding the perfect solutions for their needs.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.
  • Assist with other stock or sales-related tasks as needed, working collaboratively with the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail and/or customer-facing experience (preferred but not necessary).
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (minimum 3 full days per week for potential shifts).
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment, involving regular lifting and manual handling.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong ethical compass.
  • A fast learner, eager to soak up knowledge about our brand and products.
