About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Leadership Expert to lead and manage a team of specialists in delivering project controls standards, guidance, and systems; data management and reporting for Sustaining Capital and managing the Stage Gate Process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to Managers while addressing resource and operational challenges by adapting departmental plans and priorities.
  • Offer inspiring leadership, development, and support to your team, fostering positive behaviours, practices, and processes.
  • Work within a functional management structure to provide input and advice to Managers and direct subordinates throughout project development and implementation.
  • Manage the design, delivery, and improvement of effective systems and capability across various functional disciplines for projects/programs within the Project Services function and stage gate process.
  • Contribute to assessing project scope definition, execution strategy/plans, and risk management to verify project maturity meets expectations.
  • Collate key data for reporting maturity and progress of projects/programs for Sustaining Capital to defined KPIs.
  • Lead a team of professionals from diverse functional specialties.
  • Develop and build team member capabilities to deliver required service levels to various stakeholders, optimizing value.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and processes.

What We Offer:
