Unlocking Operational Excellence

MCC Label, a global leader in prime labels, is seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Operations Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives at our Adelaide manufacturing plant.

About the Role

This pivotal position will work closely with the site-based leadership team to implement and sustain MCC's Operational Excellence framework. The successful candidate will lead and drive initiatives to improve safety outcomes, increase quality standards, boost production efficiencies, and unlock cost-savings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence various stakeholders. They will be passionate about manufacturing operations and committed to delivering results.

About You
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to link CI initiatives to EBITDA improvement outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
