The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled dual tradesperson to join our Toowoomba Branch, supporting the Meandu Mine. This site-based dayshift position offers a Lifestyle Roster (4/5/5/4/5/5) with accommodation provided. The primary responsibility is to provide diagnostic and maintenance support for the EH5000 Truck Fleet onsite.
Key Responsibilities- Embody and drive the HCA Safety Culture, prioritizing safety above all else
- Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) electrical and mechanical trade qualifications with high voltage experience
- Have experience, knowledge, and understanding of civil and mining equipment from an electrical and mechanical capacity
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously in remote areas
- Display good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent technical knowledge of Hitachi mining equipment is highly advantageous
