We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in managing employee relations matters, providing case management support and ensuring a positive work environment.
About the RoleThis is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that will see you working collaboratively with our Employee Relations and Work Health Safety specialist functions. You will be responsible for:
- Providing end-to-end case management support on employee relations matters
- Managing misconduct, workplace investigations, absenteeism, non-work-related illness and injuries, and performance management
- Supporting the continuous improvement of service delivery

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Case management experience, preferably in a shared services environment
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
