About the Role

Coles is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our Liquorland stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Develop and implement effective store presentation and visual merchandising strategies
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock ordering and control
  • Administer store operations, including payroll, stock management, and customer service
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

About You

  • You have a passion for retail and a proven track record of driving business growth and development
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • You have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and can develop effective strategies to meet these needs
  • You are a team player, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work
