Travel Coordinator Role Overview

This part-time position involves key responsibilities such as organizing travel arrangements, tracking company expenses, coordinating with service providers, and escalating travel requests or concerns. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and technical proficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and clients, and demonstrate attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for handling unexpected changes in travel plans and office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Travel Arrangement Management: Organize and manage travel arrangements for employees, including air travel, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and ground transportation.
  2. Visa Applications and Travel Documentation: Assist with visa applications and other travel documentation as needed.
  3. Expense Tracking and Reporting: Track and maintain company travel issues, policy compliance, and expenditures, generating reports on travel spending.
  4. Service Provider Coordination: Coordinate with service providers to meet all travel needs.
  5. Escalation and Problem-Solving: Escalate any travel requests or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Requirements
