Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our retail team as a store manager at our Sheridan Bendigo outlet.

This is a part-time role requiring 27 hours of work per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring their team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

A strong leader with the ability to coach and develop their team members to reach their full potential is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.

They will also be analytical and able to make informed decisions based on reports and data analysis.

About the Role

As a store manager, you will be responsible for driving a high-performing team that provides exceptional customer service.

You will be required to lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
