About The Role
We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Inner Eastern Melbourne and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for those seeking a full-time role, but part-time opportunities are also available.
Your Everyday
- As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- You'll utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- You'll build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- You'll attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
- You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

Who We Are Looking For

- A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
- SPA Registration.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- A valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Childrens Check.
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
