Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to showcase our products in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
  • Support the management team with daily tasks, such as stock control, replenishment, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in an optical or fashion-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
