As the Chief Investment Officer for Pacific Infrastructure, you will lead a diverse team of sectoral and policy experts to originate and deliver transformational infrastructure projects across the Pacific and Timor Leste. Your work will have a lasting impact on the development trajectory of the region and Australia's relationships with its partners.

You will have highly developed project management and infrastructure financing skills, preferably in sovereign development finance, and ideally in the Pacific and East Timor. You will have the demonstrated ability to ensure investments deliver climate resilient outcomes that meet ambitious environmental and social safeguards, including through approaches that generate local jobs and support gender, disability, and social inclusion.

You will bring strategic thinking and the ability to operate at pace, with a clear understanding of the regional context within which you work.

You will be skilled in developing trusted relationships with government, industry, and the community, both in Australia and across the Pacific.

You will be a positive and inclusive leader, with a track record of leading diverse teams to high performance, including hybrid teams that span technical specialties and encompass remote and in-office colleagues.
