Chief Information Security Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Visionary to lead our Information Security strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Information Security plan, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Information Security strategy, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the protection of our data and systems.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring prompt and effective response to security incidents.
- Provide regular security updates and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior Information Security role, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of security technologies and tools, with the ability to recommend and implement effective security solutions.
