About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for educating prospective clients on our solutions through events and marketing initiatives.

With your extensive knowledge of complex SaaS solutions and eDiscovery, you'll conduct solution demonstrations for clients onsite, at events, or via teleconference. You'll design and deliver tailored proof of concepts (PoC) based on client needs, providing expert consultation sessions to ensure seamless implementation.

In this dynamic role, you'll act as a liaison between clients and our Product/Development teams, aligning solutions with client visions. Your expertise will be invaluable in enhancing customer satisfaction, collaborating with Professional Services, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our solutions.

About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in senior roles, such as Senior or Principal Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Strategic Support Specialist. Your specialization in selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level is essential, with a focus on eDiscovery and Digital Forensics being highly desirable.

You'll possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities. Proficiency in using, deploying, and troubleshooting platforms is a must, while strong project management, process analysis, and documentation skills will also be valuable assets.
