Job Title: Global Logistics Operations Manager

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

This role requires a skilled operations manager with 5 years of experience in managing global logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative management style, and budget development and oversight experience. They must be commercially aware, possess Dangerous Goods Qualified/DG Awareness, and have TSA compliance. This position demands leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives, with a demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective global logistics strategies to ensure seamless transportation of clinical products.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth through process improvements.
  • Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure accurate projections and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on employee development and retention.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
