EUC Technical Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services to end-users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Maintain strong technical expertise in modern technologies, including Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 & 11, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in an EUC Support Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment and application deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (highly regarded).
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
- Good knowledge of Networking including TCP/IP concepts like DNS, DHCP etc.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with Teams Rooms, Zscaler, CrowdStrike.
- Nice-to-Have Skills Kronos clocks.
