Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our gelato shop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the business, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a positive and uplifting work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has experience in managing teams and leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Working Conditions
