Main Responsibilities
  1. You will make technical decisions and deliver solutions that prioritize high-performance systems and applications.

  3. Design, implement, and deliver software solutions for product features, ensuring high-quality systems and applications.

Skillset and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience, showcasing a passion for quality.
  • Proficiency in API design, including REST and RPC frameworks, such as protobuf and gRPC.
  • Hands-on experience building service-oriented architecture, microservices, and modern techniques using Docker, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, etc.
  • Familiarity with persistence, storage, and caching mechanisms, including MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, S3, etc.
  • Desirable: Experience with Elasticsearch.
  • Highly advantageous: Mastery of PHP or Go.
  • You will lead the development of systems that incorporate monitoring and observability, applying best practices for fault tolerance.
  • A strong problem-solver capable of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions that enhance product performance and user experience.
  • A leader who can roll up their sleeves, demonstrate hands-on work, and inspire others to do the same.
  • Effective communicator able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentorship skills to guide junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and contributing to architectural decisions.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and driving project progress.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and exploring new tools, frameworks, and development practices.
