We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an asphalt plant operator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain asphalt plants to ensure efficient production and quality control
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is running smoothly
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating heavy machinery or fixed plants
  • Able to problem-solve and work independently
  • Confident customer service skills
  • Experience working with SWMS

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to operate and maintain an ASTEC 300 TPA asphalt plant. You will also have opportunities to be trained in other machinery and obtain relevant tickets and permits.
