As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
- Supervise and direct nursing team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Postgraduate certificate in Intensive Care or Critical Care
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
