Home Care Workers Needed

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Deliver care in accordance with individual care plans, developed in consultation with our Registered Nurses.
- Meet the safety needs of clients, using equipment safely and properly.
- Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
- National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).
- Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
- NDIS Worker Screener Clearance.
- Current Drivers License.
