At Redwolf + Rosch, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Cyber Security architecture principles and the ability to assess solutions from a risk-based perspective.

About the Role

The Senior IT Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by consulting with business areas and agencies to define their information security objectives and needs.

  • Provide security consulting, solution design, and input for new capabilities within project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct IT security risk assessments, aligning solutions with organisational frameworks and engaging with stakeholders to ensure risk assessments are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Guide stakeholders on security testing processes (e.g., pen tests, vulnerability scans), interpret results, and provide risk-based recommendations.
  • Perform cloud and vendor risk assessments, review security documents (policies, guidelines, etc.), and contribute to the development of security patterns and continuous improvement of advisory services.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in security architecture, design, consultancy, and delivery as an information security specialist.
  • In-depth understanding of cyber security, risk management, governance, business continuity, and resiliency issues impacting large organisations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications/accreditations, including specialist qualifications as an IT security architect.
