Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support AI-driven transformation initiatives. This role involves combining strategic insight, technical knowledge, and delivery focus to drive business value.

About the Role

You will work across business and technical domains to define requirements, analyze systems, and implement innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include strategy and analysis, business and technical delivery, AI and automation, transformation and change, stakeholder engagement, and data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy & Analysis: Identify opportunities for value creation, support strategic planning, align requirements with business goals, and contribute to business cases.
  2. Business & Technical Delivery: Document requirements, translate them into user stories, collaborate with delivery teams, and support agile planning.
  3. Ai & Automation: Partner with AI Labs to design AI solutions, analyze data flows, validate models, and support testing and benefits tracking.
  4. Transformation & Change: Contribute to digitization and process improvements, map workflows, and support change management.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, communicate technical concepts, build relationships, and manage expectations.
  6. Data & Reporting: Perform data analysis, define data requirements, support dashboard development, and monitor data quality and compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a technical focus, preferably within transformation or digital programs.
  3. Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data models, and AI/automation technologies.
  4. Experience with agile tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio).
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  6. Experience in professional services or large-scale transformation environments is highly desirable.
