  • Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing a comprehensive data and personalization strategy that aligns with our company's long-term vision and commercial objectives.
  • Insightful Reporting: Overseeing the development of reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Cutting-Edge Development: Leading a team of data scientists in creating advanced algorithms and models to support personalized customer experiences at scale.
  • Sophisticated Analytics: Implementing state-of-the-art analytics and data science techniques to deliver personalized experiences across all customer touchpoints, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Data Governance: Establishing and maintaining robust data governance practices, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our data assets.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects to successful commercial outcomes.
