About This Role

We are seeking an experienced National Technical Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technical development programs and coordinating the delivery of timely and relevant training content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to enhance the skills and knowledge of tax professionals across the country.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify and create relevant training materials and programs.
  • Manage the national technical training schedule and budget, ensuring that training is delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools and resources.

The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of postgraduate experience in tax consulting or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
