Cloud Architect

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

The Cloud Architecture team at AWS is responsible for helping customers successfully implement cloud technologies. Partnering with internal teams and leveraging a deep knowledge of our tools and products, you'll craft highly-scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address our customers' business problems.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to innovate daily and define the future of cloud computing. You will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure their cloud solutions meet their needs.

The broad responsibilities will include owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad knowledge of how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.

About the Team:

This role is within the Public Sector Solutions Architecture team, working with public sector customers in the Australian Government, National Security and Defence.

As a public sector Cloud Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of Amazon's services within critical strategic accounts.
