About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Development Expert to join our team at GoSourcing Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex SAP CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of SAP CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality code and long-term maintenance of the product's code base.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to endorsed software development methodologies.
  • Investigate and resolve complex ICT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Engage and manage stakeholder relationships, partnering with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability.
  • Contribute to business and strategic workforce planning, driving the development of local strategies to improve key performance measures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Developer.
  • Hands-on or advanced level skills in developing technical SAP CRM solutions, with specific experience in the CRM One Order framework, OData, and related components.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both in writing documentation and when writing code.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in designing and developing high-quality solutions in large and complex, enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role.
