  • Participate in quality improvement activities to achieve optimal patient outcomes and safe clinical practice.
  • Contribute to training and education of clinicians across multiple disciplines.

Key qualifications include:

  • A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist or international medical graduate pathways.
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the role delineation of the service.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide leadership.
  • Effective clinical communication skills through information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal means.
  • Commitment to teaching, continuing education, research and quality improvement.
  • Availability to participate in an on-call roster and respond promptly to site calls.
