Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service & Install Manager to lead our Field Service Team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and supporting geographically dispersed teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Field Service Team in Australia, ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every interaction.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers across all divisions to align on customer goals and share valuable market intelligence.
- Oversee the coordination of installations, working closely with customers, sales teams, and Field Service Engineers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with the Service Operations Manager to manage operational costs effectively and align field operations with service support processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in leading a geographically dispersed team, with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Commercially minded individual with a drive to succeed.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Background in medical devices or the maintenance sector is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
