Senior 3D Environmental Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior 3D Environmental Artist to create high-quality 3D game environments for sports titles.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with a multi-skilled team to ensure exceptional output quality.
  • Develop high-resolution models for baking/re-topologising into game-ready assets.
  • Create 3D real-time game-ready models that exceed expectations.
  • Expertise in unwrapping and baking of assets.
  • Design and create 2D texture maps that enhance visual fidelity.
  • Utilize the in-house engine to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in 3D art with a focus on environmental art.
  • Proficiency in Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, and Substance texturing packages.
  • Familiarity with PBR techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in traditional art forms.
  • Working knowledge of UE4 or Unity.
  • Interest in sports and understanding of the industry.
  • Good eye for scale and spatial reasoning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
