Job Title: Cost Recovery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Recovery Specialist to join our team at the Australian Government Department of Defence. As a Cost Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing cost recovery models and clearing international agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and update cost recovery models
* Review other Defence cost models for compliance with standard best practice and policy
* Facilitate and collate portfolio charging survey and portfolio charging review
* Review and clear international agreements

The Capability Costing Branch works in partnership with the Defence community to drive better practice and transform capability costing. We connect and support a professional costing community by developing policy and technical solutions, providing strategic and technical costing advice, and building a sustainable costing workforce.
