Registered Nurse - Care Team

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our care team in Corryong, delivering exceptional nursing care to elderly and acute patients.

  • Monitor patients and identify changes in health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
  • Update patient records and communicate effectively with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate and support patients, relatives, and caregivers in managing their conditions.
  • Provide patient-centered care in aged care and hospital settings, prioritizing dignity and respect for all individuals.

Requirements
