Job Description

We are seeking an insurance broker to join our team. As an insurance broker, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships with them. You will also support the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations, and negotiating with insurers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts and building strong client relationships.
  2. Support the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations, and negotiating with insurers.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims.
  5. Assist in handling claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely resolution for clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
