Job Title:

Console Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the console system to deliver top-notch customer service during evening hours.
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure the fueling area remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items while upholding presentation standards.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance tasks.
  • Complete end-of-day procedures, including reconciling the cash register, securing the premises, and ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Work independently from 5 PM onward, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing or retail roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Able to work efficiently with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial when handling transactions.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture are vital.
  • Current RSA or ability to obtain an RSA is required.
