About the Role: We are seeking an experienced landscaper to join our team as a Site Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of labourers and landscapers on various residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Regular communication with clients to ensure deadlines are met and achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of labourers and landscapers, ensuring scheduled work is completed on time.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, operate, and manage all relevant equipment, maintaining a well-organised work environment.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Ensure the safe operation of all plant equipment, conducting pre-operational checks and performing essential maintenance.
  • Compliance: Strictly follow site-specific safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality results consistently, following established standards.
  • Building retaining walls, garden edging, installing fences, drainage, brick and block structures, decks, planting, and mulching work on various residential and commercial projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in landscaping construction.
  • Must hold a White Card.
  • Must be proficient in laser layout.
  • Stone finishes are a plus but not essential.
  • Experience with brick and block structures is essential.
  • Completed a Certificate III in Landscaping.
  • Must hold a Driver's licence (minimum C Class).
  • Excellent communication skills.
