About the Role
We are seeking Home Care Support Workers to join our team, working with our aged care clients in the Greater Perth area of WA. This role is casual with the potential to become permanent part-time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients with their daily needs.
  • Ensuring clients' personal hygiene and dressing needs are met.
  • Providing home-based care services including meal preparation and household duties.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and appointments.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Support Worker role in Aged Care or Disability Services.
  • Hold a Cert III or equivalent qualification, along with First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Police Clearance, and Driving Licence.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to meet our high standards and values while delivering care.
  • Detailed oriented with strong organisational abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Effective team player with autonomy to work independently.
