- Lead and develop a high-performing Audit team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Execute audits for large proprietary and listed companies, driving business outcomes and quality excellence.
- Complete planning sections of audit files without supervision, showcasing your expertise and independence.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop innovative Financial Audit strategies and methodologies, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Work closely with Senior Managers on engagement teams, leveraging your skills and experience to drive results.
- Coordinate engagements independently, taking ownership and responsibility for project outcomes.
- Awareness of reporting and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Analyse internal controls and control environments, identifying areas for improvement and driving change.
- Draft management letters and completion reports, communicating complex information effectively.
- Cultivate and mentor junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills.
- Liaise with clients to identify future opportunities, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
About You: Required Experience and Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a relevant tertiary qualification.
- 4+ years of external audit experience in a large professional services firm, demonstrating your expertise and passion for the field.
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards), showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
