We are seeking a skilled Purlin Assembler to join our dynamic operations team at Stratco, an Australian-owned innovator in building and renovation solutions. With over 75 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

• Main Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and assemble purlins to customers' requirements with precision and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain Purlin Mill equipment efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You:

• Essential Requirements:
• A problem-solving mindset to learn Stratco products quickly.
• Physical strength and fitness to perform frequent movements and lifting tasks.
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people.

Distinguishing Qualities:

• Experience with sheetmetal manufacturing equipment is highly regarded.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people.
• Enthusiasm for enhancing customer experiences through excellent teamwork and communication.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
