Job Description:

The role of Technical Advisor involves translating complex business requirements into effective systems solutions, participating in systems design and analysis sessions, authoring user specifications, analysing production problems and defects, providing strategic guidance to senior management, mentoring junior staff, contributing to systems costings, and participating in peer reviews.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' experience working in a complex ICT environment, preferably with Model 204. They will also have expertise in providing high-level guidance and support regarding ICT changes and issues, as well as working in large government environments similar to Services Australia.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a complex ICT environment, preferably with Model 204, and demonstrated ability to perform high-level analysis and interpretation of business requirements. They will also have experience in working with Senior Executive Staff and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
