Nursing Professor Opportunity

Our institution is seeking a professional with expertise in teaching and research to join our School of Nursing. This is an ongoing full-time position that will enable links with existing research programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Contributing to the development of curriculum and assessment strategies
- Mentoring and supervising research students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Engaging with industry stakeholders to enhance teaching and research performance
- Staying up-to-date with developments in nursing practice and research, and incorporating this knowledge into teaching and research activities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant speciality area (Masters level and progression towards a doctoral qualification)
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with additional certification required for ongoing clinical practice or clinical supervision
- Expertise in teaching, including understanding of changing healthcare context, professional accreditation requirements, and ability to embed new ways of learning and teaching
- Record of contributing to high-impact research/scholarship in an area that enables links with existing research programs
