About Our Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team at Lollo, a vibrant and innovative restaurant in the heart of Melbourne.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and herbal teas.

You will monitor and coach talent to ensure they understand how to properly dial in espresso shots, milk texturing, and basic latte art. You will also follow the correct workflow, maintain a clean station, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.

In this role, you will oversee quality control of the coffee station, including temperature, presentation, and accuracy of coffee orders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exhilarating dining experiences that get the whole town talking.
