Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the smooth operation of our external affairs efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to senior executives and general administrative assistance across the External Affairs team
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, expenses, and inbox triage
  • Coordinate document workflows, media releases, and digital publishing initiatives
  • Support event planning, logistics, and communications campaigns
  • Track key metrics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate databases
  • Assist with policy research and media monitoring
  • Help optimize processes and drive operational efficiency
About You
  • A minimum of 3–4 years' experience in a communications or External Affairs support role is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • The ability to write clearly and concisely for various audiences and formats is crucial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media tools is required
  • A solid understanding of the media landscape and experience coordinating media activities is beneficial
  • Experience in coordinating events and managing logistics is advantageous
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individuals will thrive in this role
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain confidentiality is essential
  • Bonus: Experience working in membership bodies, regulators, or international organizations is a plus
