Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our 33-bed Acute Medical ward at St George Private Hospital. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the care delivery needs of each patient.
About the RoleAs a key member of our nursing team, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered within the ward. You will be responsible for performing duties with the support and guidance of the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care delivery needs of each patient
- Work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to ensure high-quality patient care
- Perform duties with the support and guidance of the team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Must have IV qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
