Strategic Procurement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the newly created role of Head of Procurement on a fixed-term basis. As a community-focused organization, we value building connections, embracing individuality, and maintaining a supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing an operating model for the procurement function
    - Developing a robust procurement and contract management framework
    - Establishing associated policies and processes

This strategic role requires a dynamic and experienced procurement leader with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and the ability to build and implement effective procurement structures from the ground up.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus, or by equivalent experience
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role within procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
    - In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and legal requirements.
    - Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of PHI and PHI industry regulation
